YOUR MISSION AS EVENT SPECIALIST We're looking for an Event Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of Lexroom's internal and external events - from company workshops and retreats to major tech conferences, industry fairs, and partner activations. You'll manage every phase of the process, from early brief to post-event debrief, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and a strong impact across all audiences - inte

Requirements

  • ● -4 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management.
  • ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • ● A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • ● Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.
  • ● Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in French (native) and English (fluent, C1+). Italian is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • ● Familiarity with event and webinar management tools (e.g., Brella, Luma) or visual content creation is a plus.
