About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to help scale our accounting function. You'll play a critical role in our close and reporting processes, partnering closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial information. This is a senior, high-impact role with real ownership. You'll own key accounting areas, improve processes and controls, and help build a scalable, audit-ready accounting foundation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • ● Own and support key aspects of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis
  • ● Manage assigned operational accounting areas (e.g., cash, accruals, payroll, capitalized commissions, fixed assets, or revenue-related balances)
  • ● Prepare financial analyses and reporting packages for Finance leadership and FP&A
  • ● Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment between accounting results, forecasts, and business drivers
  • ● Improve and automate close processes, internal controls, and reporting workflows
  • ● Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with US GAAP
  • ● Support audit and review processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
  • ● Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • ● WHAT YOU BRING
  • ● + years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth or dynamic environments
  • ● Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting processes
  • ● Hands-on experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
  • ● Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning work end to end
  • ● Strong communicator who collaborates well across Finance and the business
  • ● NICE TO HAVE
  • ● Big 4 or high-growth technology company experience
  • ● CPA or other accounting certification
  • ● Exposure to revenue or product accounting
  • ● Interest in automation, systems, and AI-enabled workflows
