  • ● MISSION STATEMENT
  • ● As part of the engineering team in Capital Markets, you will take ownership of high-impact trading infrastructure, set technical direction in your domain, and drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and operability. You will join a highly-profitable, fast-paced division within Keyrock, where you will be expected to make a senior individual-contributor impact while collaborating with a global, fully-remote team. This role is open to candidates located in European time zones.
  • ● Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems
  • ● Own key trading stack components end-to-end - from architecture through to production operation
  • ● Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience
  • ● Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence
  • ● Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling
  • ● Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
  • ● Embrace agentic engineering principles: leverage AI-assisted workflows, drive automation of operational tasks, and help evolve the team's agentic tooling
  • ● Contribute to functional, component, and production-readiness testing for critical trading components
