  • ● This position is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field who are eager to develop practical experience in an international corporate IT environment.
  • ● Provide first-level IT support for employees and assist with hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 related issues.
  • ● Support employee onboarding and off-boarding, including device preparation, asset tracking, and workplace setup.
  • ● Manage and maintain user hardware, including laptops, monitors, accessories, and mobile devices.
  • ● Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) activities, device enrolment, compliance, and basic Intune administration.
  • ● Prepare and support meeting rooms, conference technology, and larger company meetings or events.
  • ● Assist with door access management, ID cards, permissions administration, and general IT operational tasks

  • ● Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline
  • ● Strong interest in enterprise IT support and workplace technologies

  • ● Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
