• ● Your reach will cover the entire Holidu Group (700+ employees), while your day-to-day will be embedded within the Finance department, a team of 30+ colleagues. We are passionate about working hard towards our goals, but we also know how to have fun and enjoy time together outside the office with our regular team events. A key sparring partner for you will be our Legal Counsel, while reporting directly to our Head of Legal. At Holidu, Legal is all about teamwork: we support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate successes together.
• ● As part of our team, you will gain hands-on insights into a broad range of legal topics - from compliance and data privacy to contract management and legal operations. • ● This position is available as either a full-time internship (40 hours per week) or part-time as a Working Student (20 hours per week).
• ● The starting date is planned for January 2027.
• ● YOUR ROLE IN THIS JOURNEY
• ● Support our Legal Department in legal operations and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
• ● Conduct contract management: review, classify and structure contracts.
• ● Assist the legal department with drafting and revising contracts.
• ● Handle data protection issues.
• ● Work on national and international projects.
• ● YOUR BACKPACK IS FILLED WITH
• ● You are a business-law/law student or Referendar.
• ● Strong commercial background and business acumen.
• ● In addition to an independent, proactive and very conscientious way of working, you are highly structured.
• ● Excellent English and German language skills.
• ● High work precision and attention to detail.
• ● Team spirit, motivation, and self-responsibility.
