Responsibilities

  • HEALF IS EUROPE'S FASTEST-GROWING COMPANY.
  • Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100. From 1m to over 100m in under three years, with a small, talent-dense team and an electric culture with day one founder intensity. Now we're aiming for 1bn in the next three.
  • We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars : EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter.
  • THE NEXT CHAPTER IS HARDER AND MORE INTERESTING.
  • We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it. We are a health company, so we think we should act like one.
  • At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.
  • We're looking for a high-agency Product Designer to take our web experience to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of how consumers discover and engage with curated, personalised wellbeing at scale.
  • You'll be joining a high-performing product and engineering team improving product discovery, reducing friction and boosting conversion across the full user journey- from collection and PDP pages to our quiz and subscription portal, while ensuring the Healf experience feels personal, actionable and deeply human.
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong UX and UI design skills, an eye for clean, scalable UI, a sense for what drives conversion and a genuine passion for building a better experience for our users. You don't need to have worked in wellness or FMCG but a solid foundation in eCommerce, CRO and design systems is key.
  • We're looking for a designer that embraces AI in their processes from research through to prototyping. We're interested in the outcomes you've actually affected, not the arbitrary use of AI to tick a box or impress a stakeholder.
  • WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Lead UX/UI work across core surfaces of the Healf website
  • AI tooling for the e-com product design team, working closely with developers to build systems and workflows that take design from concept to production ready code.
  • Design systems and unification of components across platforms
  • Design personalised experiences that help users find what they need (and didn't know they needed) faster.
  • Develop creative solutions to reduce friction and drive conversion
  • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution
  • Play a key role in evolving our cross-platform design system to support consistent growth
  • Conduct user research and experimentation to validate and refine design decisions
  • Set a high bar for craft, detail, and performance in everything we ship
