About the Role

We're looking for an Executive Business Partner to work alongside our CEO as a strategic partner. You'll decide where his time goes, prepare him for every important conversation and keep the company aligned with his priorities. You'll be a senior member of the CEO Office, with the authority to decide which meetings, events and requests make it onto his agenda.

Responsibilities

  • ● Own the CEO's agenda and priorities. You'll decide which meetings, events and requests he takes on based on company priorities, and escalate only the hardest calls.
  • ● Triage inbound requests such as speaking invitations, events, and approaches from partners and investors, and put forward clear recommendations.
  • ● Brief the CEO before key meetings with the context, the objectives and the points he needs to land.
  • ● Act as the CEO's point of contact for investors, partners and the leadership team, representing him with judgement and discretion.
  • ● Manage the CEO's inbox and complex international travel so he can stay focused on what matters most.

Requirements

  • ● + years supporting C-level executives, ideally a founder or CEO in a fast-growing tech company or startup.
  • ● A strong sense of business priorities: you can judge whether an activity matters and defend that call to senior stakeholders.
  • ● Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise executive briefs.
  • ● Complete discretion with confidential information, including fundraising and investor matters.
  • ● High autonomy and ownership: you anticipate needs before they're raised.
  • ● Fluent in English and French (spoken & written).
  • ● An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • ● Available within 4 weeks.
  • ● This role is hybrid, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week on average.

Benefits

  • ● Join the exciting journey of shaping the future of AI, and be part of the early days of one of the hottest AI startups.
  • ● Collaborate with a fun, dynamic, and multicultural team, working alongside world-class AI talent in a highly collaborative environment.
  • ● Enjoy a competitive salary.
  • ● Unlock opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development.
  • ● If you want to change the status quo in AI, join us.
