Requirements

  • ● You're likely a great fit for this role if you
  • ● Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ● Strong technical background across the SDLC, with the ability to support and unblock your teams in complex technical discussions.
  • ● A lean, proactive, and positive approach to software development, balancing impact with long-term, sustainable development, and taking strong accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • ● Embrace the "you build it, you run it" philosophy.
  • ● Believe in continuous learning and improvement.
  • ● Previous experience in fintech is a plus.
