About the Company

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Coinhako as a Finance Intern in 2026. This internship is designed to give students meaningful, hands-on exposure to the finance function within a fast-moving fintech environment. You will work closely with the team on day-to-day operations, gaining practical insight into the processes and workflows that keep a financial services business running. By the end of your internship, you will come away with a solid grounding in finance fundamentals and a clearer picture of what a career in this space looks like.

Responsibilities

  • ● Financial Record Keeping
  • ● Maintain the general ledger and accounting records
  • ● Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • ● Process journal entries and account adjustments
  • ● Maintain supporting schedules and documentation
  • ● Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • ● Review and process supplier invoices and payments
  • ● Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
  • ● Perform vendor and customer reconciliations
  • ● Month-End & Year-End Closing
  • ● Prepare month-end closing journals and reconciliations
  • ● Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and key balance sheet accounts
  • ● Investigate and resolve reconciling items
  • ● Support year-end financial closing and audit processes
  • ● Financial Reporting
  • ● Prepare management accounts and financial reports
  • ● Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements
  • ● Fintech / Digital Asset Operations
  • ● Reconcile digital asset balances across wallets, exchanges, and custodians
  • ● Perform daily and month-end Asset-Liability Management (ALM) reconciliations
