What you will be doing - Provide operational advisory on high-risk clients whether at onboarding, periodic reviews or on trigger event and deliver justified opinions and recommendations - Investigate alerts reported to Compliance, draft STRs and ensure most risky clients are being monitored accordingly - Proactively handle or participate with the development and update of the local compliance Framework (Policies, Procedures and Operating Memos) - Provide quick and precise advisory to internal team inquiries on proced

Requirements

  • ● Minimum 5 years of experience in a Compliance function in the banking or payments space
  • ● Prior experience in Compliance Advisory is ideal, otherwise, a combination of 2LoD operations experience with exposure to investigations and audit handling is preferred
  • ● Robust knowledge on Financial Security topics (KYC, AML/CFT, Sanctions, etc.) and other Compliance topics (Payments Services Act, Scheme Rules, etc)
  • ● Previous project management experience on Compliance framework setups
  • ● Demonstrate clear sense of accountability in performing the role and a positive approach (can-do attitude and solution oriented)
  • ● Ability to identify inefficiencies, see the bigger picture, challenge current status quo and define scalable and sustainable processes
  • ● Well organized self-starter, able to prioritize quickly and meet deadlines even under pressure
  • ● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • ● Team player with strong collaborative qualities
  • ● Willingness to learn continuously and keep up to date with Payment industry and Regulations (local and international)
  • ● Strong spoken and written English
