About the Role
The CEO - AI Finance will build and own our AI-native finance business. The role will identify where AI can fundamentally improve how consumers manage money and build products across spending, saving, investing and other everyday financial needs.
Responsibilities
- ● Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.
- ● Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve the user experience, cost or speed.
- ● Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
- ● Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
- ● Work deeply with product, engineering and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience.
- ● Build the core team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.
- ● Expand into new financial products and markets as the business scales.
Requirements
- ● Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services or technology products.
- ● Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business or P&L.
- ● Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models and unit economics.
- ● Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can change existing financial workflows.
- ● Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments.
- ● Hands-on operating style - able to work directly through product, AI capabilities, economics and customer problems.
- ● Strong English communication is required.
