About the Role

We are looking for full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Finance Agent. This role is for product-minded engineers who can move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

Responsibilities

  • ● Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
  • ● Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.
  • ● Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services.
  • ● Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.
  • ● Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.
  • ● Use analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features after launch.
  • ● Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business.

Requirements

  • ● 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
  • ● Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
  • ● Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.
  • ● Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs.
  • ● Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.
  • ● Comfortable debugging across the stack.
  • ● Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms is a strong advantage.
