Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• ● FIELD DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER - PARALLEL
• ● Parallel is a healthcare platform deploying AI, RPA, and computer use solutions across healthcare facilities. We need someone capable of technically leading these deployments on the ground, adapting to real-world environments and the specific constraints of each facility.
• ● Your mission
• ● Be the technical interface between the Parallel platform and our clients. Technically lead end-to-end deployments by understanding each facility's IT infrastructure, adapt our platform to their constraints (interfaces, integrations, security, network architecture, on-prem deployments), and unblock projects by getting hands-on with the product when needed.
• ● Successful and stabilized Parallel deployments at client sites
• ● Technical adaptations and integrations tailored to each facility
• ● Rapid upskilling on our AI stacks, RPA/computer use, interoperability, and on-prem infrastructure
• ● Identification and resolution of technical and organizational blockers
• ● Clients supported through change management and able to use Parallel effectively
• ● Progressive definition of our deployment standards
• ● This job is for you if:
• ● You have 5+ years of full-stack experience
• ● You're strong in Node.js & TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres) and React (TanStack, Tailwind)
• ● You've played with LLMs and AI agents - whether on side projects or professionally (LangChain, Hugging Face)
