• ● Ensure smooth operations from day one
• ● You will take ownership of operational processes and checks, making sure that important tasks are completed accurately and on time. This may include:
• ● Maintaining the Trade-in Catalog and product matching
• ● Monitoring pricing and identifying inconsistencies
• ● Supporting Seller limit adjustments and Seller reactivation processes
• ● Updating customer and agent-facing content
• ● Supporting transactional CRM communications
• ● Monitoring fraud-related processes
• ● Investigating operational issues and coordinating incident resolution
• ● These activities are essential to understanding the service and building the expertise needed to improve it.
• ● Improve operations and create measurable impact
• ● You will identify opportunities to improve, simplify and automate processes:
• ● Analyse data to identify recurring issues and root causes
• ● Build or improve reports, dashboards, alerts and monitoring
• ● Simplify manual workflows and reduce unnecessary steps
• ● Prototype automation using available tools, AI and workflow platforms
• ● Improve incident detection and reduce resolution time
• ● Track the impact of your improvements on incident rates, manual effort, customer satisfaction and seller experiences
