Our most notable project is Dramatize Me, with millions of loyal subscribers on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Responsibilities

  • ● Build and improve search across multiple entity types.
  • ● Work on geospatial search, indexing, query planning, retrieval, and ranking.
  • ● Design metrics and feedback loops for search quality.
  • ● Run offline evaluations and production experiments.
  • ● Tune results using relevance, popularity, personalization, and contextual signals.
  • ● Explore semantic or embedding-based search where useful.
  • ● Work closely with backend and product teams to ship search improvements.

Requirements

  • ● Senior-level experience building production search systems.
  • ● Strong understanding of indexing, query planning, retrieval, and ranking.
  • ● Strong backend engineering fundamentals.
  • ● Ability to reason about latency, relevance, correctness, and scale.
