Responsibilities
- ● Design and implement SAP Joule use cases across business functions.
- ● Configure and integrate SAP Business AI and Joule with SAP applications.
- ● Develop AI-powered business scenarios using SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Launchpad.
- ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and productivity opportunities using Joule.
- ● Integrate SAP Joule with external GenAI platforms and APIs where required.
- ● Develop conversational AI solutions, prompts, and workflows to improve user experience.
- ● Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
- ● Troubleshoot and optimize SAP Joule implementations and AI services.
- ● Prepare technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- ● 4+ years of SAP experience with 1+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Joule/SAP Business AI.
- ● Strong understanding of SAP Joule architecture and capabilities.
- ● Experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub.
- ● Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP cloud solutions.
- ● Experience with REST APIs, AI integrations, and conversational AI solutions.
- ● Familiarity with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and GenAI concepts.
- ● Experience in Python, JavaScript, or CAP development is an advantage.
- ● Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
