Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• ● Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections. Develops and evaluates financial plans and policies. Establishes and maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. Maintains accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.)

• ● Job Summary
• ● Responsible for overall local Finance and Administrative activities in Nordson Thailand Ltd.
• ● Financial Accounting:
• ● a) Manage and supervise the local Finance Team
• ● b) Responsible for completeness and accuracy of accounting records
• ● c) Responsible for compliance to all the statutory audit matters.
• ● a) Responsible for prompt and accurate payment to the employees including the reporting to the authorities including the social insurances and individual income taxes.
• ● Account Receivables and Account Payables:
• ● a) Manage the AP & AR Accounts Executives
• ● b) Work closely with SSC (in Singapore) - Finance - AR team for Credit Management
• ● c) Approve AP Payments
• ● Inventory Management and Control:
• ● a) Ensure proper controls are exercised over inventory including the carrying out of regular physical stock checks and preparation of appropriate stock reconciliations and analyses.
• ● b) Ensure customer returns and warranty claims are properly accounted, and appropriate level of provisions is maintained.
