  • ● Onboarding & Identity Management: Coordinate and execute LDAP onboarding processes between Google External Workforce (xWF) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Team via SAP
  • ● Fieldglass. Facilitate Partner Domain Account requests for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Vendors
  • ● System Maintenance: Maintain LDAP onboarding data integrity to ensure continuous system access, including managing email account renewals in alignment
  • ● with contract end dates
  • ● Technical Troubleshooting: Liaise with the xWF team to resolve Google Email system issues, such as modifying Job Function Groups and access permissions Site Office Facilities Management
  • ● Meeting Room Coordination: Oversee meeting room bookings. Collaborate with the General Contractor (GC) to resolve any facility or scheduling issues
  • ● IT : Infrastructure Support: Partner with the GC team to troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding internet connectivity and printing services
  • ● Catering / Hospitality: Coordinate with the GC team to manage daily lunch arrangements, beverages, and snacks for staff
  • ● Logistics & Parking: Manage staff parking allocations and requirements in coordination with the GC team
  • ● Visitor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for welcoming and accommodating office visitors
  • ● Workplace Readiness: Ensure all workstations and necessary office equipment are prepared and functional for employees
  • ● Office Safety: Collaborate with the GC team to monitor and maintain workplace safety standards and security protocols
  • ● Policy Implementation: Facilitate the communication and implementation of Google corporate policies within the site office
