We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration. Finance and Audit Technology (FIAT) is part of GFT supporting RBCs CFO group.
  • ● The Finance Modernization team within FIAT is responsible for supporting the CFO group by delivering simplified, centralized, and automated solutions using modern infrastructure to to reduce operational risk, improve the stakeholder experience, elevate insights and enhance scalability. The Senior Delivery Manager role will drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through to go-live for assigned scope orchestrating interdependencies, capabilities and designs delivered by various workstreams Finance ERP implementation. The role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and stakeholder engagement.
  • ● WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • ● Plan and orchestrate ERP implementation ensuring that the business outcome of the release is delivered.
  • ● Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through to go-live for assigned scope orchestrating interdependencies, capabilities and designs delivered by various workstreams.
  • ● Lead activities on planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
  • ● Lead team & liaise with RBC business and service partners, including external third-party vendors.
  • ● Accountable for release scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes
  • ● Operate cross-stream to manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and track progress
  • ● Support the design and monitoring of the initiative's goals, translating the vision into scope, design, and executables.
  • ● Create clarity out of ambiguity and quickly focuses the effort on the most value.
  • ● Provide superior client experience and strengthens relationship within team.
  • ● Establishes, develops, and maintains strong relationships with RBC business, CFO, and T&O partners.
  • ● WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • ● Undergraduate degree coupled with demonstrated experience running technology programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities
  • ● ERP implementation experience preferably in SAP
  • ● Proficiency in project management tools including JIRA for task management, Confluence for documentation, Excel for data analysis and reporting, Powerpoint for working group meetings and other industry-standard PM software
