Responsibilities
- ● elcome and assist customers in the showroom/store.
- ● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- ● Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- ● Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- ● Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- ● Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and follow up on customer orders.
- ● Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is organized and presentable.
- ● Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads to generate repeat business.
- ● Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order processing.
- ● Handle cash/card payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- ● Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- ● Minimum 2-5 years of retail sales experience.
- ● Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- ● Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- ● Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- ● Basic computer skills for sales reporting and documentation.
- ● UAE retail sales experience preferred.
