  • ● Job Overview: Currently, we are looking for an SAP Support Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO) to join our team.
  • ● Position: SAP Support Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO)
  • ● Module: AMS FI/CO

  • ● Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • ● Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
  • ● Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
  • ● Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
  • ● Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.
  • ● Required Skills and Experience:
  • ● At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO, including strong understanding of FICO processes and integration with other SAP modules.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields.
  • ● Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
  • ● Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit.
  • ● Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • ● Industry experience in Utilities (Electricity, Water, or Gas) is a plus.
  • ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ● Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
