• ● Role : Senior Appian DesignerRole Description:
• ● We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Designer with 8 - 10 years of Appian Design and Development experience implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, performance tuning and improvement, platform administration and integration with enterprise systems.
• ● Location: Sydney, Australia
• ● Salary: AUD 150,742- 171,215 Annual Gross

• ● Roles and Responsibilities:
• ● Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
• ● Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• ● Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• ● Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.
• ● Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.
• ● Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.
• ● Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.
• ● Plan and track implementation of best practices, including productivity, maturity and quality improvements
• ● Drive Agile and DevOps adoption through CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and release management best practices.
