• ● Salary: 45,000
• ● Location: Darlington, based in the office 3 days per week
• ● Hours: 39 hours per week
• ● We're looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to join our SAP team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting our SAP landscape, ensuring system stability, security, performance, and availability across both on-premise and cloud environments. You'll work closely with technical and business teams to resolve issues, support projects, and drive SAP best practice across the organisation.

• ● Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems including ECC, BW, CRM, Enterprise Portal, Process Orchestration, Solution Manager, S/4HANA and BW/4HANA.
• ● Manage and support SAP HANA and Oracle database environments.
• ● Support SAP cloud solutions including SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, C4C, IBP, Integration Suite and Cloud Connector.
• ● Monitor system performance, carry out health checks, and implement tuning recommendations.
• ● Manage transports, system copies, refreshes, upgrades and landscape changes.
• ● Monitor logs and system metrics, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimise system performance.
• ● Administer SAP security, including user provisioning, role management, authorisations and licence allocation.
