Senior Prodution Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• ● Lead and supervise the Production Planning team to ensure daily planning activities are completed accurately and on time.
• ● Develop short-, medium-, and long-term production plans based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
• ● Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure smooth production execution.
• ● Monitor production capacity, machine utilization, labor availability, and material supply to optimize scheduling.
• ● Review and adjust production schedules to respond to changes in demand, equipment downtime, or material shortages.
• ● Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while minimizing excess stock and stock-outs.
• ● Analyze production performance and planning KPIs, including:
• ● Production Plan Adherence
• ● Schedule Attainment
• ● On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• ● Inventory Turnover
• ● Capacity Utilization
• ● Forecast Accuracy
• ● Utilize ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to maintain planning accuracy and data integrity.
• ● Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production planning issues.
