Sales Coordinators - European MNC - SAP

Job Description: Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email and chat. Provide accurate information on products, services, orders and company policies. Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Process customer orders, quotation, returns, claims and service requests. Maintain accurate customer records and update system information. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality. Monitor customer feedback and meet service standards and response targets. Job Requirements Higher Nitec or Diploma and above Good communication and problem-solving skills. Responsible, organized and attentive to detail. Willing to learn and able to work independently and in a team. ERP system experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP, is an advantage. Prior experience is not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
