Senior AP Analyst (Travel & Expense) x 2

Support the efficiency, accuracy and compliance of the employee expense process. The role will perform analytical work to ensure quality and accurate employee expense reporting, SOX and Operation controls are in place and executed effectively. Internal controls are maintained in compliance with corporate policies Responsible for managing employee expense and corporate credit card operations, providing system and policy support to affiliates, performing credit card reconciliations, and conducting post-payment audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role also involves resolving system issues, preparing reports and metrics, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting monthly and year-end accruals, and driving continuous process improvements. Supports system enhancements, project implementation, and team training Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge and experience of SAP ERP and SAP Concur.
