Who we're looking for

We’re looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our Hybrid Cloud Practice, helping build, operate and improve the enterprise identity platforms that underpin AC3 and our customers.

This role offers a mix of hands-on engineering, project work and platform ownership, with the opportunity to influence how identity services are designed and delivered across complex hybrid environments.

What you’ll do?

• Build, operate and improve enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
• Configure and support MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM and privileged access controls
• Manage identity across Azure tenants, subscriptions, enterprise applications and delegated administration models
• Build automation and operational tooling using PowerShell, Ansible or similar technologies

What we'd love to see?

• Hands-on experience administering enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
• Strong knowledge of hybrid identity architecture, authentication and authorisation
• Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC and privileged identity management
• Experience implementing or supporting identity integrations across applications and infrastructure
• Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth and enterprise application identities
• Automation experience using PowerShell, Ansible or equivalent tooling

A plus if you have…

• Experience designing Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Partner Centre DAP/GDAP or Azure Lighthouse
• Experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
• Experience with identity governance platforms such as Entra ID Governance or SailPoint
