SAP application support

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our enterprise application support team . In this role, you will support the daily operations of our SAP systems , investigate system issues, and help keep critical business processes running smoothly. This is an operations-focused position — not a development role — and full training will be provided. What You'll Do Support the daily operation and maintenance of SAP systems Investigate and troubleshoot application errors and data discrepancies Manage incident tickets and resolve issues within agreed timelines Trace data and transactions across related SAP modules to identify root causes Identify repetitive manual tasks and build simple scripts or automation tools to improve team efficiency Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and provide timely incident updates Who We're Looking For Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline Familiar with at least one programming language (Java or Python) Proficient in SQL Strong analytical and logical thinking — you enjoy breaking problems down to find the root cause Good communication skills and confidence working across teams Fluent in English; Mandarin What We Offer Structured training program focused on a dedicated SAP module Mentorship from senior engineers Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and global business processes A clear growth path into enterprise IT consulting and systems engineering
