Senior Finance Analyst -Immediate Hiring

Participate in month-end GL closing and financial reporting, including preparation and review of P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries. Provide Close & Control (C&C) transaction processing support, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Execute month-end closing activities in accordance with the MEC checklist, SOPs, and GSK Internal Control Framework. Review monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, and work with stakeholders to resolve outstanding items. Resolve general accounting and reporting issues, including Bison errors. Perform monthly/quarterly intercompany cross-charges and service billings. Ensure compliance with GSK policies and local statutory and regulatory requirements. Address stakeholder queries proactively and collaborate with LOC, P2P, O2C, Banking, Stat & Tax, and other functions to ensure a smooth month-end close. Perform analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet accounts and investigate significant variances. Support compliance audits, respond to audit queries, and perform ad-hoc activities based on business requirements. Support P9/P12 profitability reviews and other finance-related initiatives as required. Job Requirement: Degree with Finance / Accounting. CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 6 years experience in Financial Reporting / Auditing experience including areas on financial accounting and reporting and statutory filing SAP experience is preferred. Possess solid C&C experience including areas on financial accounting, reporting and statutory filing, master data maintenance, treasury, asset accounting, inter-company transactions, etc. Experience in working in shared service centre in financial accounting or auditing are preferred. Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient. Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken) Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems. Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met.
