About Our Client: Our client is an established company in the plastics and materials industry, specialising in providing quality products and supporting customer requirements. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries and provide efficient sales support while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Job Description: Process customer orders and issue order confirmations using SAP. Monitor order status, delivery schedules and product allocation. Handle customer enquiries and provide delivery updates. Maintain customer records in SAP and CRM systems. Assist with billing, credit notes and customer documentation. Coordinate service and transport complaints with relevant teams. Work closely with sales and account managers to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service or order management. Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of plastic materials or the plastics industry.
