About the Company

This role is responsible for providing frontline ICT support across the organisation, ensuring end users receive high-quality technical assistance for desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets and related peripherals.
  • ● Troubleshoot and escalate hardware and software issues to internal teams and external vendors.
  • ● Manage and update IT service desk tickets in line with ITIL best practices.
  • ● Assist with user account security and system access management.
  • ● Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents reported by users.
  • ● Liaise with third-party technology suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

  • ● Experience working in an IT support or service desk environment.
  • ● Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • ● Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
  • ● Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
  • ● Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • ● Diploma of Information Technology.
