About the Role
AANT is embarking on an AI-driven transformation. We've invested in new technologies and systems that improve member insights and organisation performance, and we're now accelerating the adoption of AI to unlock value for members, employees and the business. We're embracing AI to improve insights, reporting, workflows, member journeys and service delivery. It will help our people work smarter, make better decisions and focus on the work that creates the greatest value. AI is only as good as the systems and data beneath it. That's why this role is also responsible for maximising the effectiveness of our new systems to further improve performance - making full use of our single view of members and customers, automating workflows, and working hand in hand with our technology partners to ensure our systems deliver tangible outcomes for members and staff. As the Digital & AI Transformation Lead, you'll have the rare opportunity to build this capability from the ground up. You'll develop and lead a portfolio of AI and systems improvement initiatives that improve member experiences, lift productivity and create measurable business outcomes. Working across technology, data, marketing, and governance, as well as our external partners, you'll help shape AI and digital capability across the organisation and help define the future of one of the Territory's most trusted organisations.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead AI adoption across AANT - identifying, prioritising and delivering AI initiatives that improve member experiences, insights, reporting and productivity
- ● Find and automate high-volume, repetitive workflows across member services, reporting and internal operations
- ● Maximise the effectiveness of our new CRM and broader systems to improve performance - driving staff adoption and using our single view of members and customers to improve service, insights and reporting
- ● Work closely with our technology partner to ensure our systems deliver tangible outcomes - setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and making sure technology investment translates into measurable benefits
- ● Strengthen data governance, cybersecurity and responsible AI practices as our digital footprint grows
- ● Build digital and AI capability across the team, and track progress through clear measures of adoption, benefits and value
Requirements
- ● Experience leading AI, data, digital or business transformation initiatives in complex environments
- ● A track record of getting the most out of systems such as CRM, cloud and collaboration platforms - lifting adoption, improving processes and delivering measurable business results
- ● Experience managing technology vendors or managed service partners, including service levels, performance and value for money
- ● Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technology, business and governance functions
- ● An understanding of responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, risk and compliance frameworks required to scale AI safely and effectively
- ● A passion for building capability, driving adoption and helping organisations embrace new ways of working
