• ● Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements.
• ● Perform detailed requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• ● Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) including:
• ● Foundation Objects
• ● Generic Objects
• ● Position Management
• ● Job Information
• ● Employment Information
• ● Compensation Information
• ● Employee Data
• ● Business Rules
• ● Event Reason Derivations
• ● Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• ● Data Models and Succession Data Models
• ● Picklists and Propagation Logic
• ● Design and configure complex Employee Central business rules, workflows, event reasons, object relationships, and HR transaction processes.
• ● Work on Employee Central data migration using Import/Export, Incremental Imports, Employee Data Imports, and other SuccessFactors migration mechanisms.
