We're looking for an experienced Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Hamilton. You'll be the senior technical expert for IT across ANZ, reporting to our IT Manager. Responsibilities

  • ● Prepare and maintain the cloud environment that our new business platforms run on, including Dynamics 365, Autodesk Forma, Freshservice and Workato, covering identity, access, licensing and security.
  • ● Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations as we bring businesses into the Group, including mailboxes, data, devices and applications.
  • ● Own the Intune and Autopilot platform, setting device baselines and compliance policy.
  • ● Manage hybrid identity across Active Directory and Entra ID, including conditional access, privileged access and single sign-on.
  • ● Keep the environment secure and resilient through Microsoft Defender, backup and regular recovery testing.
  • ● Manage our network providers, holding them to service levels and shaping our approach to site and remote connectivity.
  • ● Act as the senior escalation point for complex issues, working with our UK team on shared standards and architecture.
  • ● Partner with our UK team to deliver specialist engineering and design software through centrally hosted environments.

Requirements

  • ● Strong experience in a senior, third-line or infrastructure engineering role across Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments.
  • ● Hands-on experience managing devices through Intune and Autopilot.
  • ● A solid understanding of hybrid identity and Conditional Access.
  • ● Clear communication skills and the confidence to work independently as the go-to technical expert.
  • ● Microsoft 365 tenant migration experience, ideally with AvePoint.
