  • ● Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
  • ● As our Finance Business Partner - Group Function & Optimisation, you will be at the heart of commercial decision-making across our core Group Functions, including People, Strategy, Finance, Corporate Affairs, and Executive Offices.
  • ● You won't just be crunching numbers-you will provide end-to-end commercial partnering, constructive challenge, and strategic advice to senior executives. You will also play a pivotal role in EndeavourGO and Procurement, driving financial oversight, benefits tracking, and business case modelling for major group-wide optimisation initiatives.
  • ● Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior leaders across Group Functions, providing proactive financial insights and constructive challenge to support decision-making.
  • ● Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, planning, and monthly performance cycles across the Group Functions portfolio.
  • ● Partner directly with EndeavourGO and Procurement teams to model business cases, track benefits realisation, and evaluate strategic transformation projects.
  • ● Deeply analyze monthly performance against targets, communicate core drivers, and highlight emerging risks and commercial opportunities.
  • ● Craft clear, compelling financial commentary and performance insights for Group FP&A, senior Finance leaders, and executive forums.
  • ● Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes, harness data and automation, and elevate team capability.
  • ● Partner smoothly with Group FP&A, Financial Control, and Shared Services to uphold robust governance and control.
