Requirements
- ● Experience with Endpoint Management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management, MECM/SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 10/11, iOS, macOS, and Android.
- ● Experience with Microsoft 365 Platform technologies such as Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- ● Experience with Microsoft Security Solutions such as the Defender suite, Sentinel, Privileged Identity Management, and M365 Defender.
- ● Experience with Identity and Access Management such as Entra ID, role based access controls, authentication protocols, Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, Hybrid Identity configuration, Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Entitlement Management.
- ● Experience with Information Security & Compliance such as Secure Score, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Priva, and Azure Policy.
- ● Experience with content migration, including M365 Tenant to M365 Tenant or On Prem to M365 Tenant migrations for Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner).
- ● Experience with Telephony such as Microsoft Teams, Call Queues, Auto Attendants, PSTN Calling, and Voice Gateways.
- ● Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph.
- ● Experience with Microsoft Licensing, including Microsoft Business and Enterprise licensing, consumption models, and cost optimisation methods.
- ● A consulting mindset with ease of communication across broad levels.
- ● Curiosity to keep learning and consider things differently.
- ● Must be able to work at customer site when required.
- ● Candidates must have unrestricted local working status.
