• ● We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join a dynamic, high-performing team within a leading Australian manufacturing and logistics organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with project coordination experience, a strong interest in technology, and exposure to cyber security initiatives to continue developing their career within an enterprise environment. About the Role Sitting within the Security team, you will support the delivery of IT and cyber security initiatives, working closely with project teams, technical specialists, and key stakeholders. You will play an important role in coordinating project activities, maintaining governance, and supporting successful delivery outcomes across a range of security-focused projects. Key Responsibilities
• ● Support project planning, scheduling, reporting, and delivery activities
• ● Track project deliverables, actions, risks, and dependencies
• ● Maintain project documentation and governance materials
• ● Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
• ● Support reporting and visibility across project activities
• ● Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and workflows What We're Looking For
