About the Company
Senior SAP CX Functional Lead (Service Cloud / C4C and CDC) Join an innovative, progressive ASX listed company investing heavily in how customers experience energy distribution. About the Opportunity As Senior SAP CX Functional Lead, you'll own and evolve an upgraded SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and Customer Data Cloud (CDC) stack, delivering a 360-degree customer view and a simple, seamless experience as part of a multi-year CX Uplift program. You'll sit in the Customer Solutions value stream, keeping platforms stable and within agreed service levels while working with BAU and project teams to drive innovation. This is a new role, created to meet growing demand as customer and energy transformation programs ramp up. It's a functional role, not hands-on development.
Requirements
- ● 5+ years' experience in SAP Service Cloud / C4C, ideally with SAP CDC
- ● Strong understanding of the core processes and functions of these platforms
- ● Technical awareness: you don't need to code, but you can read code and talk credibly with developers and integration teams
- ● Excellent communication and a team-player mindset
- ● A critical thinker who challenges assumptions and recommends practical solutions
- ● Relevant SAP CX certifications (desirable)
- ● Utilities, energy or regulated-industry experience (highly regarded)
- ● Outstanding, collaborative team where your ideas directly influence outcomes
- ● Significant technology investment and a long-term CX transformation roadmap
- ● Hybrid working in Melbourne
- ● Package of up to 170K plus bonus
