About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to support a major ERP RISE Program through go-live and Hypercare. Working closely with the SAP project team, you'll coordinate cutover activities across program streams, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed of go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

  • ● Plan and drive cutover activities across the program.
  • ● Coordinate the SAP team, business teams and key stakeholders.
  • ● Track readiness, risks, dependencies and actions, escalating issues early.
  • ● Manage cutover progress and stakeholder updates during go-live.
  • ● Support Hypercare, including defect coordination, prioritisation and communication.

Requirements

  • ● Experience managing cutover for a large ERP or SAP program.
  • ● A track record of coordinating multiple streams through go-live.
  • ● Strong planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Experience with post-go-live Hypercare and defect management.
  • ● A hands-on approach and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
