About the Role
Reporting to the IT Program Manager, the Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in a significant digital delivery program at ST Vic, supporting the migration of legacy systems to a unified Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for translating business and technical needs into clear requirements and practical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, developers and platform specialists, the role supports discovery, backlog refinement, delivery planning, testing and implementation activities. The responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst will include, but are not limited to: Driving business analysis activities to define business and system requirements Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and build alignment Translating operational needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and technical analysis artefacts Analysing current and future state processes, data flows and system interactions Supporting backlog refinement and delivery planning in an agile environment Preparing requirements documentation, process maps and source-to-target data flows Working across business and technical teams to manage risks, dependencies and impacts Supporting testing, implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations. Responsibilities

- ● Supporting testing, implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
- ● Experience delivering technical business analysis in digital or technology projects
- ● Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories and documentation
- ● Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- ● Experience working in agile delivery environments
- ● Understanding of data structures, integrations, migrations or system interactions
- ● Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
- ● Experience supporting testing, implementation and business outcomes.
- ● Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline are desirable.
- ● Professional Salesforce credentials, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, are highly desirable
