Responsibilities

  • ● Support APAC Regional Account Managers in assigned customer projects, including project follow-up, quotation support, end-to-end process coordination, and billing-related matters.
  • ● Handle sales order entries and tackle sales commission issues with the billing team.
  • ● Handle daily internal sales system operations and maintenance (CRM / Sales force system etc.).
  • ● Cooperate with various departments to enhance and improve working process on Accounts Receivables and Credit Control.
  • ● Prepare monthly sales report / market analysis report.
  • ● Handle other ad hoc sales administration duties and customer projects & activities.

Requirements

  • ● Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • ● Min. 5 years of relevant sales coordinating and sales support experience in IT or Telecommunication industry.
  • ● Proficient in MS Office, CRM / Sales force system.
  • ● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Strong sense of responsibility, mature, self-motivated, proactive, attention to details and is able to work independently.
  • ● Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (to liaise and handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking associates and customers).
