Security and Safety Manager (Data Center)

About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Manage onsite security guards for daily security operations
• ● Manage security service provider to ensure all security metrics are met
• ● Connect with security operations center to complete local security operation and maintenance indicators
• ● Define system security requirements and collaborate with engineering teams on both internal and customer-facing security initiatives, ensuring the consideration of data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
• ● Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures for safeguarding information assets
• ● Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring quick resolution
• ● Manage security projects to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget constraints
• ● Coordinate with SOC team for any security operation matters

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• ● Strong safety awareness
• ● Good communication skills and experience in supplier management
• ● Project management experience in data security and monitoring
• ● Self-initiative and willingness to learn
• ● Ability to work independently or as part of a team and meet project deadlines
• ● Willingness to work in the Sedenak/Nusajaya area
