Requirements
- ● The candidate should have 4-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- ● The candidate should have strong experience with CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and Custom Applications.
- ● The candidate should have expertise in workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- ● The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow integrations.
- ● The candidate should have experience in requirements analysis, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
- ● The candidate should be proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting, with a good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- ● ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CSM certifications are preferred.
