Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Oversee daily accounting operations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
  • ● Manage accounting consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and group reporting.
  • ● Prepare and submit financial reports to the Regional Finance Office.
  • ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
  • ● Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports.
  • ● Manage and review finance processes using SAP S/4HANA.
  • ● Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, regional finance teams, and management.
  • ● Lead and develop the finance/accounting team.

Requirements

Education

  • ● Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Certifications

  • ● ACCA qualified and/or Chartered Accountant (CA) certified.

Experience

  • ● Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in managerial role from manufacturing industry.
  • ● Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
  • ● Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.

Skills

  • ● Good knowledge of accounting standards, controls, budgeting, and reporting.
