Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and enhance applications based on the Atlassian Forge platform for Jira and Jira Service Management.
  • ● Implement customer requirements and internal improvements in the area of service portals and Customer Apps.
  • ● Develop integrations with third party systems using REST APIs and other standard interfaces.
  • ● Support the further development of our Jira Service Management platform through automation, custom UI components, and extensions of existing solutions.
  • ● Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and international delivery teams.
  • ● Support testing, documentation, and quality assurance of the implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • ● Experience in software development with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • ● Knowledge of the Atlassian platform, especially Jira and Jira Service Management.
  • ● Experience with Atlassian Forge, REST APIs, and cloud based applications.
  • ● Understanding of ITSM processes and service portals is an advantage.
  • ● Good written and spoken English skills.
  • ● German is not required for collaboration within the international team.
  • ● Self motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high quality solutions.
