About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large and complex organisation undergoing significant technology transformation. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design practical, scalable and secure solutions across customer platforms, enterprise systems, cloud, integration and process automation.

Responsibilities

  • ● Translate business requirements into clear solution designs.
  • ● Develop technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • ● Assess solution options, costs, risks and technical trade-offs.
  • ● Provide architecture governance throughout delivery.
  • ● Work closely with product teams, architects, engineers and business stakeholders.
  • ● Support platform modernisation, technology uplift and legacy system retirement.
  • ● Guide technical teams through detailed design and implementation.

Requirements

  • ● Strong experience as a Solution Architect within a large, complex organisation.
  • ● Broad knowledge of cloud, integration, APIs, microservices and enterprise applications.
  • ● Experience with customer platforms, CRM or process automation technologies.
  • ● Confident working with unclear requirements and providing practical recommendations.
  • ● Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • ● Experience within healthcare, health insurance or aged care is highly desirable.
  • ● Exposure to Salesforce, Appian, UiPath, AWS, Azure or webMethods would be advantageous.
  • ● Work with a leading Australian health and financial services organisation.
