Responsibilities

  • ● Sanka is building a new kind of migration business: AI-powered software and services that help companies move critical data and systems safely. As a Solution Sales - Australia and New Zealand, you will own the customer journey from first contact through proposal, close, delivery and Go-Live. This is a hands-on role for someone who can create pipeline, understand business and technical problems, and stay accountable for the customer outcome after the contract is signed. What you will do
  • ● Research companies with migration, replacement, end-of-life, M&A or system-modernisation needs.
  • ● Prospect, run discovery, qualify opportunities and lead demos.
  • ● Design the migration scope, plan, timeline and commercial proposal.
  • ● Negotiate and close new business.
  • ● Lead the customer through data mapping, testing, cutover, acceptance and Go-Live using Sanka and AI.
  • ● Keep stakeholders aligned, manage risks and document decisions.
  • ● Identify expansion, renewal and referral opportunities after Go-Live.
  • ● Turn repeatable work into templates and product feedback. What we are looking for
  • ● Ability to explain complex business and technical topics clearly and build trust with customers.
  • ● Ownership mindset: you are comfortable finding the customer and staying involved through delivery.
  • ● Curiosity about CRM, ERP, SaaS, APIs, data and AI tools.
  • ● Strong written and spoken English. Japanese is a plus.
  • ● Ability to work with customers in Australia and New Zealand and collaborate remotely across time zones. Compensation
  • ● Base: US 2,000-3,000 per month, paid by bank transfer.
  • ● Target OTE: US 40,000+ per year (performance-based and not guaranteed).
  • ● Uncapped commission: 6%-12% with accelerators, based on eligible revenue and the applicable plan.
