About the Role

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network environment, and security systems to ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • ● Perform server and network administration, including Active Directory, DNS, file servers, backup solutions, and endpoint security management
  • ● Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate security vulnerabilities through patch management, system hardening, and security best practices
  • ● Support IT governance, compliance audits, policy reviews, and infrastructure documentation
  • ● Provide end-user support and office IT administration, including hardware, software, printer, email, and connectivity troubleshooting

Requirements

  • ● Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related IT disciplines
  • ● Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, network management, and IT security operations
  • ● Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, antivirus/EDR solutions, backup systems, and Microsoft Active Directory
  • ● Knowledge of IT governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements
  • ● Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
  • ● Relevant professional certification, such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, RHCSA, CITP, or ISO:27001 is preferred
