Solution Sales - East US and Canada (Eastern hours)

The role Own the complete customer journey: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, closing, and implementation/service delivery. Coordinate with global engineers and remain accountable for the customer outcome through go-live and adoption. Responsibilities
• ● Identify potential customers and build new business through targeted outreach and referrals.
• ● Run discovery, demonstrate solutions, and translate business needs into a practical scope.
• ● Prepare proposals and estimates, negotiate, and close customer engagements.
• ● Lead requirements, implementation planning, engineer coordination, delivery, and customer communication.
• ● Validate delivery, support go-live, and identify improvements and expansion opportunities. What we look for
• ● Evidence of personally winning B2B customers and delivering customer projects.
• ● Clear communication, sound commercial judgment, and disciplined scope management.
• ● Ability to collaborate with engineers and use AI tools responsibly in daily work.
• ● Ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn unfamiliar business systems.
• ● CRM, ERP, systems integration, or consulting experience is useful. Working arrangement and compensation Remote and full-time. Candidates may reside in Malaysia or other countries. This role serves East US and Canada customers and requires coverage of US Eastern customer hours, including daylight-saving changes; please state the hours you can consistently cover.
