About the Role
Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
- ● Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
- ● Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- ● Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
- ● Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
- ● Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
- ● Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
- ● Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- ● 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
- ● Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
- ● Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- ● SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
